Loft 12 is our most spacious layout — a two-bedroom apartment in downtown Ellicottville made for families and groups. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a private bath give everyone room to relax, and you’re just a 3-minute drive from Holiday Valley and HoliMont with the whole village on foot. The space
Our largest layout — two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private bath, and a living area built for groups and families. One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom. Everyone gets space to relax, with fast WiFi, independent climate control, and free on-site parking. Downtown dining, shopping, and nightlife are steps away; the slopes are a 3-minute drive.
Guest access
You’ll have the entire loft to yourself — it’s a fully private, self-contained apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. Free on-site parking is available for guests. The Washington Lofts is a collection of eight private apartments at 38 Washington Street in downtown Ellicottville.
Other things to note
All lofts are strictly non-smoking. Pets are not permitted. You’re in a lively downtown village — restaurants, breweries, and shops are right outside your door, so expect the pleasant sounds of a walkable town center. Holiday Valley Resort and HoliMont Ski Area are a 3-minute drive. There is no minimum stay — book one night or a longer visit. Free on-site parking is included.
